Hippie Athletic Co. began as Sekhmet’s Nectar Herb Shop, born from my love for herbal wellness and the belief that plants can have a meaningful place in our everyday routines. As I continued growing, learning, and exploring my own relationship with fitness, I realized my passion had a more specific purpose. I found my niche at the intersection of herbal wellness and movement, transforming Sekhmet’s Nectar into Hippie Athletic Co.—a brand created to support active lifestyles before, during, and after the workout.

I’m currently studying Alternative Medicine online at Everglades University, while continuing to expand my education in fitness and nutrition. Hippie Athletic Co. brings those worlds together through thoughtfully created herbal products, personal training, nutrition coaching, and herbal consultations. My mission is simple: to help people move with intention, care for their bodies beyond the gym, and discover how botanical wellness can complement an active lifestyle.
